We are often asked about our classifications and the services we offer, so we have taken the liberty of summarizing this additional information for you, in the hope of standing out from the competition.

The award of 3 stars from the German Hotel and Restaurant Association (Dehoga) rates the hotel's standard according to an objective criteria catalog.

This criteria catalog is exceeded at the Hotel INGEBORG, and only due to the fact that there is no restaurant in the hotel, do we not have a 4-star standard, as this is not provided by Dehoga without operating a restaurant.

Further awards, such as the independent and non-purchasable recommendation of the Guide Michelin or certification according to the "Service Quality Germany" quality seal, can be found on our website.

Among other things:

The preparation of a fresh morning egg dish made from fresh regional eggs, prepared according to your wishes.

Our guests can choose from:

  • Various variations of scrambled eggs.
  • Various variations of fried eggs.

And other freshly prepared specialties according to your wishes, including numerous different types of tea, various coffee specialties (latte macchiato, cappuccino, espresso, cafe latte, decaffeinated coffee, etc.),

Hot chocolate, fresh milk (not UHT milk), hot, cold, frothed.

Allergy-friendly food, light meals.

We do not want to offer our guests scrambled eggs, served in a moderately temperature-maintained container, as is common in other hotels (even 4 or 5-star hotels), made from a canned product.

Therefore, we ask for your understanding when we charge a small fee for certain services that require special personnel and/or material resources, such as sewing or drying laundry.

Here, we exemplarily describe the fresh preparation of scrambled eggs with a charge of a moderate €1.80.

We offer these types of services and goods available at the reception, as well as the contents of the minibar, to our guests at fairly calculated, non-overpriced prices.

If you are satisfied with our service, our staff appreciate any form of gratitude. A joint service fund, the contents of which benefit all employees, is located at the reception.
